What we have agreed

Timings: 6:00pm arrival, dinner from 6:30pm, space back at 9:00pm
Space: Inside, exclusive hire. The terrace stays open to other guests.
Minimum spend: £6,500 including food, drink and service
Room hire: £750, which counts towards the minimum spend
Deposit: £1,000, paid 14 August 2026
Balance: Settled on the night

Food

Bread, three sharing starters, a choice of chicken schnitzel or wild garlic risotto, sharing sides, and flourless chocolate cake for each guest.

Main courses confirmed at 67: 36 chicken and 31 risotto.

Drinks

On arrival: 11 bottles of prosecco and up to 25 non-alcoholic palomas.

With dinner: up to 26 bottles of house white and red, and up to 65 soft drinks. Tap water on the tables.

We will check with you before serving beyond those limits.

Dietary requirements

Six guests recorded: one mustard, celery and barley allergy, two no pork, one no mayonnaise, two vegetarian. All six have a plate agreed with the kitchen.

Anything else can reach us up to 48 hours before.

Setup

Long rows using the restaurant's own tables, taper candles, place cards for the risotto covers.
